Asus Zenfone AR Brief Description
Asus Zenfone AR is the world’s first phone which is Tango enabled as well as Daydream ready. Tango is a new technology from Google that enables augmented reality (AR) gaming and utilities and Daydream is Google’s Virtual Reality Programme. Examples of things that one can do with a Tango are measuring objects with just your phone, visualizing furniture like a new table or sofa to see how it looks in your home, simply playing with your virtual pet etc. With Tango, the phone uses the motion tracking and the depth sensing cameras to learn areas, so it can recognize places (say, rooms) in which it's been before. It's able to map physical spaces, it can track objects, and it can project virtual effects in what is a real-world space. It is equipped with TriCam system consisting of three rear cameras, a 23MP camera, a motion tracking camera and a depth sensing camera. The main camera also supports TriTech+ autofocus system, 4-axis OIS (optical image stabilisation) as well as 3-axis EIS (electronic image stabilisation). It sports an external five magnet speaker that supports Hi-Res audio and DTS virtual surround sound to deliver the ultimate AR and VR experiences.

Asus Zenfone AR Smartphone was launched in January 2017, comes with a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED Capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels at a pixel density of 515 pixels per inch. The screen is also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass Scratch Resistant display.
The phone is 8.95-mm thin , and tips the scale at 170 grams. The phone is powered by a 2.35 GHz N/A core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and it comes with 6 & 8 GB of RAM. What this means is the processor has N/A cores in the CPU and 6 & 8 GB of RAM ensures the phone runs smoothly with multiple applications open simultaneously. The Asus Zenfone AR also packs in a graphics processor, and 32 & 64 & 128 & 256GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 2 TB via a microSD card.
